During Spring Fling week, Averett University held a talent show on March 14 featuring singing, roller skating, dancing and comedy. The performers consisted of students and teachers.

Entirely organized and directed by S.E.T., the show, held in the Pritchett Auditorium, was memorable. The crowd was happy and everybody seemed to have had an amazing time, all the more since the emcee was comedian Ronnie Jordan.

“As a freshman, I thoroughly enjoyed the talent show,” TeYanna Winstead said. “It made me feel involved. It was a fresh vibe. I definitely wish I would have performed a little something. Seeing Jordan Jones performance as a dancer inspired me a lot. She showcased a lot of confidence and she fully represented.”
